Is this finally the week North Melbourne break their 2024 duck? The Kangaroos have not
gone close to winning any game since round two, but have to fancy their chances of toppling
the Eagles. West Coast will be without suspended wunderkind Harley Reid for two weeks
and there will be doubt on star forward Jake Waterman after he missed last week’s loss
against St Kilda. The teams split their two games last season, but West Coast won their last
encounter at Optus Stadium. If North can’t get the job here then attention will turn to the
Kangaroos possibly going through the season winless.
