Another off-week for the Bulldogs following their destruction of St Kilda a week earlier. A
tough match against Fremantle, but the club has ambitions of being a top-four team and that
was a game there for the taking. Captain Marcus Bontempelli seems slightly below his
superhero best, missing a crucial shot at goal against the Dockers. Hawthorn were blown
away by the Swans last week, even though coach Sam Mitchell insisted they were
competitive. The Hawks’ forward stocks have taken a blow, with Mitch Lewis’ continued
absence hurting and Mabior Chol suspended for this match.
