West Coast v Melbourne Preview, Optus Stadium

16 May, 2024

A big backwards step for the Eagles last week, struggling without sidelined pair Elliot Yeo
and Jake Waterman. But the effort against an under-strength Collingwood was reminiscent
of 2022 and 2023, not their wins over Richmond and Fremantle this year. Melbourne left
their run too late in reeling in a big deficit against Carlton despite the best efforts from
Christian Petracca. The Demons have bullied up on West Coast in recent years and this one
could be another belting.

TIP: Melbourne by 52 points, Bayley Fritsch to kick three or more goals
