St Kilda v Port Adelaide, Marvel Stadium

A week of turmoil at Alberton after Port were humiliated by Brisbane Lions in what was
meant to be a celebration of their one and only AFL premiership in 2004. The fallout was
ugly, fans leaving early and booing coach Ken Hinkley. But the Power remain inside the
top-eight so there won’t be a move on Hinkley until at least the end of the season. It will be a
telling game to see if the Port players are still doing it for Hinkley. Port’s record against St
Kilda is impressive, even at Marvel Stadium, so they will be counting on that to get the heat
off them. St Kilda are coming off the bye following an unexpected shootout loss against the
Brisbane Lions.
