Racecards are clear to read, and the app is uncluttered – it’s easy to scroll and select options, while details of your current account, like balance and bonus bets, sit nicely up in the corner.
Key menu links at the bottom of the PuntersPal app quickly get you to the Racing, Sport, Account, Support and Bet Slip. Navigation of the racing section at PuntersPal is excellent. For example, you can quickly switch to filter for thoroughbreds, greys or harnesses. A dedicated Futures section to help you plan, and you can explore day-by-day racing too.
The Sports section at PuntersPal falls a bit short in variety when stacked against the comprehensive racing section. It feels like an add-on section more than an in-depth sportsbook, as the options are limited.
Major sports like soccer, cricket and tennis were available and, of course, the big domestic action from Australian Rules and NRL. There is also not the same kind of market variety in sports at PuntersPal as we have seen at other bookmakers.
Listed NRL matches were among the better ones covered for additional markets. Same Game Multi’s are available on select fixtures.
There is no live betting or live-streaming of racing or sports at PuntersPal.
The PuntersPal user-friendliness comes through its simplicity. It is great for jumping around the different sections because of basic, efficient navigation. The site feels light and inviting and doesn’t try to do anything fancy.
It leans towards the no-frills betting side of things, so there are no big distractions or clutter. The racing is the heart and soul of the PuntersPal and is all laid out wonderfully.
Listing international and domestic races is clear, and switching between different Exotics within racecards is fast. The whole site is excellent and eligible, and the Bet Slip can be raised or hidden as needed.
Under Australian state and territory laws, bookmakers cannot offer welcome bonus incentives for new players.
Existing customers who are logged in will see any available promotions for racing and sports that the bookmaker has. However, there is reportedly a relatively limited scope of promotions available at PuntersPal.
There are not any unique features to be found at PuntersPal. The mobile betting apps are the big one in this regard as they are very well-designed and provide a quick interface for getting racing and sports bets on the go.
Same Game Multis and Same Race Multis add a little but aren’t extensively available. The Best Tote product in the racing and the great Form Guide are a definite plus.
