A gritty, ugly win on the road from Justin Longmuir’s team against St Kilda has the Dockers
on the cusp of the top-eight. But Collingwood, who have proven themselves to be road
warriors under Craig McRae, will be an immense test for Fremantle. But if the Dockers can
inflict the Magpies with their first loss since round three it will show they are serious about
returning to finals. Collingwood have managed to keep winning despite their injury list
continuing to lengthen. Jordan De Goey kicked the match-winning goal against Adelaide last
Saturday, but is back on the sidelines this week due to an abdominal injury. The Magpies will
need to find creative ways to score against Fremantle’s rock solid defence.
TIP: Fremantle by 9 points, Caleb Serong to have 30 or more possessions
