Bulldogs vs Eels Preview by Dean McHugh

Monday night football comes from Belmore as Canterbury meets Parramatta at the Belmore Sports Ground. Both teams picked up wins last time out and will be hoping a good run of games can propel them into the playoff hunt.

The Bulldogs have been awesome at home this season, picking up wins in all five of their matches to date. In stark contrast, the Eels are winless on the road this season so you would think this is an easy pick here. However, history suggests differently as the Eels have won eight of the last night encounters between these teams, which includes the previous four in a row. 

I think there could be a bit of a feeling out process early on here and we could then see the game open up in the second half. Neither team start particularly well either.
